Erdem Construction Ltd. Co. was founded 30 years ago on June 19, 1983, by Mustafa Erdem. While many of the first buildings in Aliağa during its early urbanization years were built by Erdem Construction, today the company continues its operations with great dedication.
New Headquarters Inauguration Celebrated on 30th Anniversary
Bringing together the business community of Aliağa at a special cocktail event to celebrate its 30th anniversary and inaugurate its new corporate headquarters, Erdem Construction today continues its operations under the partnership of Mustafa Erdem's sons, Civil Engineer Hamdi Erdem and Attorney Hamit Erdem. Corporate operations are spearheaded by Board Chairman Civil Engineer Hamdi Erdem, who simultaneously serves as Vice President of the Aliağa Chamber of Commerce (ALTO), AK Party Provincial Board Member, and Regional Coordinator President.
Regional Dignitaries Gathered at the Cocktail
The landmark 30th anniversary celebration was attended by prominent figures of the Aliağa business community alongside Aliağa Mayor Ömer Turgut Oğuz, Aliağa Chamber of Commerce (ALTO) President Adnan Saka and board members, Aliağa Chief Public Prosecutor Osman Bağlar, Yenişakran Mayor İbrahim Ethem Yorulmaz, and many other administrative leaders.

Delivering the opening address, Aliağa Mayor Ö. Turgut Oğuz remarked: "When I first moved to Aliağa from Istanbul, this town was just embarking on urbanization. Finding an apartment building was quite rare. In those years, I resided in one of the first residential buildings built by Mustafa Erdem. Decades have passed, and Erdem Construction has established countless landmarks across our region. I extend my sincere appreciation to founder Mustafa Erdem, and his sons Hamdi Erdem and Atty. Hamit Erdem, wishing them many more decades of success."
